Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, billing, tax, and invoicing.
02Subscriptions & billing
Askly Pro is a recurring subscription. You'll be charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable taxes.
You can cancel anytime from Settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of the current period.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
04How to request a refund
The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle directly at paddle.net using the email address from your order receipt.
You can also email us at support@askly.app and we'll help arrange it.
05Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry over several days and email you. If payment can't be collected, your subscription pauses and Pro features are disabled until billing is restored.
06Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Any change will be announced at least 30 days in advance and applies only to future billing periods. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
