When you use voice mode, your audio is converted to text and the response is converted back to speech using third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI for transcription and ElevenLabs for synthesis). Your voice data leaves your device to make this work.

We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers beyond what is needed to deliver the response, and our providers process voice data only to return a result to Askly.

AI models can invent facts, misremember details, and produce biased or outdated information. Treat Askly as a thinking partner, not a source of truth — verify anything important with a primary source.

You decide what to do with Askly's responses. Don't paste personal health, legal, or financial details you wouldn't want a third party to process. Don't use Askly to harm others, deceive, or generate content prohibited by our Terms.
